The Basics

Q: What exactly is strategic advisory? Is this coaching?

Not quite. Coaches ask questions until you find your own answers. I actually bring forward looking insights like business frameworks, aesthetic sense, and yes, some psychic stuff. Think of it as a strategy session with someone who has an athletic life, a Sustainable Strategy MBA, and ~30 years as an oracle and a supermom.

Q: Why is there boxing on a business strategy website?

Because boxing is awesome. But also because strategy lives in the body, not just the brain. I've loved boxing long enough to know that the people who get stuck in the ring are the same people who get stuck in life.

It’s easy to fall into default modes of overthinking, locking up, ego flare ups or waiting for perfect conditions. Boxing teaches you to stay present and fluid, embodied and aware, fun and safe. That philosophy runs through everything I do.

That said, I just love the sport and find a lot of opportunities for my passions to cross pollinate each other, so boxing is here. And so is my strategic advisory practice. I know it’s weird…enjoy!

Mirth is the antidote to stress hahaha

Q: Who is your ideal client?

Intellectually curious people who are too smart to be this stuck. People facing decisions that logic can't solve on its own. It’s for people weighing career pivots, business inflection points, weird lifey transitions…

I work especially well with men who've never found a coach that speaks their language, like a translator for some of the crazy feminine stuff.  Guys who need a gal that hears and speaks both guy and gal.

I also work well with women who are done spinning out on their healing journeys and micro-optimizing everything and ready to be strategic.

My clients tend to be self-aware enough to know they need a thinking partner, but like a really bright one with unusually insightful perspective.

The Psychic Strategy Thing

Q: You use tarot and intuitive tools in business strategy. Should I be skeptical?

Yes, actually. Healthy skepticism is a sign of an appropriately critical mind. Here's my thing, I'm not telling your fortune. I'm using intuitive mirroring systems like tarot, I Ching, and astrology as frameworks for pattern recognition and decision making.

The same way a SWOT analysis externalizes a problem so you can all the sides of a business opportunity, these tools shine light what you already know but haven't said out loud. If it works, it works. Bring your skepticism to the session, all good, it makes the work cleaner and sharper.

Q: Do I have to believe in any of this for it to work?

No. It’s not really a woo woo thing that way. I just bring well sharpened reflection tools that I’m hella good at using.

You only have to be willing to think out loud with someone who’s chill with the yucky and uncomfortable parts.

The intuitive tools are a feature, not a requirement. We can run a session that's pure strategy if you prefer.

Q: What's your actual background? Why should I trust your instincts?

I’ve taken the time to learn a lot about a lot.  I have an MBA in Strategic Sustainability.

I worked fourteen years as a licensed cosmetologist, which is basically a graduate degree in human behavior and trust, lol.

Two decades of business operations including a successful business accounting practice.

I recently became a boxing coach, just for funsies.

Also, I’m the twice divorced mom of three hella cool adult children and one delightful kindergartener.

I've done the things and lived the life and capitalized on the learning potential every time. The psychic gifts are real and they're backed by a lot of lived experience.

Working Together

Q: What happens in a session?

We start with what's actually true, the unpolished facts of where things are and where you want them to be. If you don’t know your direction, we hone in on your values and the markers of values alignment you need to see to feel peace through the chaos.

I use a combination of strategic frameworks from business and finance, mind mapping, and intuitive tools (a tarot reading, I Ching cast or sometimes a cosmic weather context) to help you see the full picture.

You leave with a written deliverable: a map, a decision framework, a clarity document. Something you can use. Sessions are up to 90 minutes.

Q: How is this different from therapy?

Therapy goes deep into the past to heal it. I go deep into the present to move through it. I'm not your therapist and I won't try to be.

If something surfaces that belongs in a therapeutic context, I'll say so. What I offer is strategic clarity for people who are psychologically self-aware and operationally ready to make moves.

Q: What if I just want a PDF or a workbook, not a full session?

Good news! Those exist. I have digital resources available for people who want to start thinking before they're ready to talk.

The boxing phrasebook, the Roots & Fruits small business guide, and a personal strategic planning framework are all available on this site. They're priced to be accessible. Start there if you want to take my thinking for a test drive.

Q: What does a session cost and what's the commitment?

A single 90-minute session is $450. Three-session packages (Make Moves) and five-session packages (Kill It) are available for deeper work. There's no retainer, no long-term contract, no pressure. If one session is what you need, that's what you buy. If you want to keep going, we'll talk about what that looks like.
