Meet the Coaches

Molly Robles-Wood

Molly came to boxing after having four kids and doing 20 years of yoga.

The strength she found in the boxing gym took her from hero to super and she is silly about sharing the joy and power she found in the gym.

Molly is the perfect trainer for boxing-curious gals, kids and elders looking for a blast of energy workout that doesn’t feel like work.

She uses yoga and mobility drills in her training sessions to help you get agile and toned with max efficiency.

Coach Trin

If you happen to be here when Trin is home from her biochem studies at Sac State, swoop on the option to train with her.

She has been boxing for seven years, most recently training with the best in the west at Jose Morales Boxing Academy in Roseville, CA.

Yes, she has the most fun drills, but also, she L-O-V-E-S boxing and understands the physics and kinetics of throwing perfect punches.

Release the Bullshit Holding You Back

And Fight Your Way to Unstoppable

RE: Fitness Boxing

You’re not broken, you’re buried under some shit that no longer serves you. Fitness boxing can help you develop the strength to face it all.

No one here is fighting anyone but their own demons. This is not a competition schema…yet.

Translation: No sparring. We’re here to learn to move, not exchange recreational brain damage.

We will get you shredded though. And we will have hella fun. You will hit a lot of things, maybe your coaches, but no one is hitting you here.

Pleased to Meet Ya

After my divorce I had an MBA and a settlement, but I was deep in perimenopause, nursing my fourth baby, and completely disconnected from myself.

My teenage daughter convinced me to try boxing with her. Just for exercise. Just to spend time together.

That decision changed everything.

I’ve experienced profound loss - parents, pregnancies, marriages, versions of myself. Through it all, I learned something crucial: grief lives in your body, which means healing does too.

You can’t think your way through transformation. You have to move through it.

Stored action potential from all the stresses you hold onto in daily life need to be released. Putting on gloves and striking something is your chance to let go. The impact loading will shake your bones to strength. The bilateral brain stimulation will carve out new and powerful neural pathways. Ones with which you believe in yourself.

You can do it!

Here’s my pocket guide to how to start, like getting through he awkward beginning part. It’s $5. Enjoy!

Let me know how it goes!
